Black ASHER for real winter

This is a chunky yarn beanie for you if you’re looking for a bold, substantial knit and coverage for cold days. The large amount of air between the stitches helps retain warmth, which is why this style works well in winter, including at lower temperatures. The deep black colour and classic shape pair easily with everyday jackets and coats. It also makes a good gift.

Sheep’s wool and skin contact

This model is made from 100% sheep’s wool, so it provides warmth and keeps the winter character usually expected from this kind of knit. The surface is smooth, without a halo, and the yarn is certified to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, which means it has been tested for harmful substances. Sheep’s wool has a thicker fibre than merino or alpaca, so on very sensitive skin it may be noticeable on the forehead.

Oversized shape and single rib

ASHER has a beanie shape without a turn-up, with a slightly slouchy, extended back. The single rib is wide and very clearly defined, with large stitches that create the whole look of this beanie. Wool should be washed by hand, in water up to 30°C, using a gentle wool detergent such as SOAK wash; Aga washes her own beanies in it and recommends it from experience.
